I made this dial when I was in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. And this was waiting for perfect bezel and timing. And finally, I could finish this beauty in here Kyoto, Japan.
Named this piece 「煉瓦」” RENGA “ which means “Bricks” in Japanese. Which I saw everyday and surrounded by when I was in Amsterdam. I loved color and texture so much and made my creativity a lot.

And yes, as some of them know that I made some Bonsai with bricks too. Which I wanted to represent that growing up on the ground of bricks. Bonsai was me as Japanese, soil was Amsterdam.
◇ About " RENGA "
This dial has unique texture with patina. Which represents “Bricks” and fits with soft/subtle coloring faded bezel.
I also choose se tarnished gold cobra hands for this piece. This combination gave the watch much more characteristics.
I make with domed plexiglass normally but this matches to top-hat plexiglass with cyclops lens. With tick solid feeling of oyster bracelet as well.
