Refund policy

Refund policy lasts 14 days as dutch law after you received as tracking records. Also you need to cover for all shipping.

 

For a return, your goods must be passed these conditions. 1, Unused. 2, The bracelet must not be sized. 3, With all included items including box. 

 

About made-to-order goods such as "The chronograph" or made as your order, It will not refundable.

 

Also If I sized for you, it considered as made-to-order. Also that item will be unavailable to resell. So it is not refundable. Because sizing makes few scratches no matter how I or you do.

 

I make every single goods with pride & passion. Also I am small business manufacturer. So I don’t appreciate return except my fault. It is simply sad to me. Please contact me before purchase & order.
